What's Startup Summer?
It’s not a coffee-fetching internship. It’s a hands-on learning lab for future founders.Startup Summer is your chance to step into the early days of a company built to change lives. You’ll team up with the founder of One Life and a ragtag squad of future legends to come up with ridiculous (and occasionally genius) ideas to improve and grow the app. Then you'll bring them to life.You’ll make things. You’ll try things. You’ll learn things you didn’t know you didn’t know.You’ll help build a startup designed to help people live better lives… and spoiler alert: your own life might just level up in the process.
What's One Life?
One Life is like if a life coach, a personal trainer, and your funniest friend had a baby—and that baby was an app.It's the antidote to doomscrolling, binge watching & procrastinating on the things that matter most to you.Every day, it gives you one new thing to do to become your best you, whatever that means for you: stronger, calmer, happier, dangerously good-looking, etc.Launching on Independence Day, One Life is here to vanquish mediocrity, one tiny, powerful step at a time.During Startup Summer, you’ll help make it awesome, weird, and even more world-changing.
What you'll do
Choose your own adventure
You’ll pick a focus—marketing, product, design, user research, analytics or something wildly original—and set out with purpose. Your destination? Unknown. Your potential? Unlimited.Experiment without fearing failure

You’ll join forces with One Life’s founder—a startup veteran with 10+ years of experience in product, UX & marketing. You’ll get direct coaching, personalized feedback, and honest advice as you learn the ropes and chart your own path.Find your tribe
We'll team you up with a squad of rising entrepreneurs (more on that below). Throughout the summer, you'll hype each other up, drop hot takes, hold each other accountable, and form a group chat that lives on forever.Steal ideas & remix them

This is for the dreamers. The builders. The ones who feel something big inside them—and just need a little more experience and direction to let it out.Whether you’re in college, freshly graduated, funemployed, switching careers, or a high school overachiever who's up for a challenge—you’re welcome here.Startup Summer is fully remote and open to applicants of all ages and in all time zones. We'll group you with others around your age and in your part of the planet.It officially runs from June 3 - August 15, but we'll continue to accept applicants until mid-June (and will help our late joiners get caught up quickly).If you want growth, adventure, and the kind of fun that rewires your brain (in a good way), buckle up.
